Our promise

If The Lift doesn't help your dog walk more comfortably within 30 days, return it for a full refund. No questions, no fight. We'll even pay the return shipping.

How returns work

1. Email hello@oldfriendpet.com with your order number and a one-line note.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop the package at any DHL or Hermes location.
4. Once we receive it, we refund your full purchase within 5 business days.

EU consumer law

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases. Old Friend extends this to 30 days, voluntarily, because we believe in our product.

Items must be

• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• In sellable condition (used products are accepted — we just ask the harness be clean)
• Returned with all included items (Walking Guide, accessories, packaging)

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
